Collaborated with the production team, forming, trimming, and glazing handmade dinnerware to meet production quotas
Prepared and processed clay, pugging recycled and new clay for daily production use
Loaded/unloaded kilns through their firing cycles, properly handling ceramics to support output goals
Material and glaze management, ensuring equipment is ready to use for production
